We generally finish a website from start to finish within 2-4 weeks and is all dependent on how soon clients respond to our content and image requests as well as the availability of our designers.
We can absolutely help with that! If you’re on our premium package, hosting is included, so we’ll handle it for you. For domain registration, we’ll guide you on setting it up.
If you cancel before the 8 months, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost ($1,600) minus whatever you already paid. We prioritize long term relationships with our clients. And we want clients to share the same philosophy.
We send email invoices that has a link to a secure page for adding payment info. Subscriptions are paid with a credit card or debt card and we accept all major credit cards.
When you sign a contract, if we cannot design something you are 100% happy with and no longer want to move forward, then we will refund half of what you paid to get started. If we do end up moving forward with building the site, there are no refunds after that point. From then on, refunds are at our discretion.
