Our premium plan includes everything you need to build and maintain a strong online presence: up to 5 custom-designed website pages, professional branding, secure hosting, unlimited content edits, and 24/7 support whenever you need it.
We generally finish a website from start to finish within 2-4 weeks and is all dependent on how soon clients respond to our content and image requests as well as the availability of our designers.
We can absolutely help with that! If you’re on our premium package, hosting is included, so we’ll handle it for you. For domain registration, we’ll guide you on setting it up.
If you cancel before the 8 months, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost ($1,600) minus whatever you already paid. We prioritize long term relationships with our clients. And we want clients to share the same philosophy.
We send email invoices through Square, which include a secure link to enter your payment information. Subscriptions can be paid using any major credit or debit card, and we also accept Zelle as an additional payment option.
When you sign a contract, if we cannot design something you are 100% happy with and no longer want to move forward, then we will refund half of what you paid to get started. If we do end up moving forward with building the site, there are no refunds after that point. From then on, refunds are at our discretion.
